"There was air conditioning in the room but it didn't work very well. If the weather was hot/humid, it would have been a bad choice to stay. Also, I can't say that the refrigerator in the room was working properly, as it couldn't even keep a cold bottle of water cold. The hotel is on the side of a very busy road and although it is a new hotel, there was noise from the road as the windows were not closed properly. Although I conveyed all these problems to the hotel management, they could not fix...

"Genel olarak fiyat/performans bir otel diyebilirim. Özellikle tepede olması, pistlere yakınlığı kayak için gelenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler. Otelin kendini geliştirebileceği konular var, ancak yine de ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar diyebiliriz....

"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

"Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks to everyone!"
