"Cleanest of clean. Sleep Number bed large room. Excellent staff. Beautiful view of the Connecticut River. Close to Brattleboro, VT snd Keene, NH. Third or forth time staying here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"We had been camping in Maine for six days and were on our way home. We easily parked in the parking lot with a small pull behind camper and truck. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Bathroom and shower were excellent and bed and room were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. A little better than what you would expect for a “breakfast included“ hotel. The pool looked lovely. I wish I had a suit. Even though it was a little bit more expensive it was well worth it for us. "

"Our room was spacious and clean. All employees were very friendly. The breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback for our stay was the walls were thin. Our neighbors stayed up to the wee hours with their TV on. We were wakened in the very early hours with someone in a fit of coughing. Otherwise the hotel was great and I would stay there again."

"A great location, walkable from the train station and close to downtown restaurants and an organic market. Also fun was their proximity to the local theater- we were able to do dinner and a show before retiring for the night!"

"Unique, well cared for lodging — very sociable arrangement, perfect for golf outings with friends and family. Breakfast room was cheery and tasty. The inn’s architecture and built in furnishings are perfectly preserved mid-eighties luxury, which I loved. Not every “vintage” inn needs to be colonial or Victorian! I like places with personality and this place had it! Everything was nice and clean, with fresh flowers and nice touches around the outside. I was a bit of a late arrival, but had a safe and easy check in, as staff had made arrangements for me. I was well rested and well fed for my band gig the next day! "
