Sleeps 4, but a bit tight with 2 double beds. Worked well with two adults & two kids. Bad- Apartment is hot & muggy, there’s an AC unit in the kitchen but it doesn’t cool the entire place. "Marcus was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early so we could make our Thanksgiving meal. “Thankfully.” We were able to check out the beach before the 3-1/2 feet of snow fell in 24 hours… certainly the beach would be lovely when better weather conditions prevail. Our dogs enjoyed the large lot as well as the beach. Marcus made sure we were able to get our cars out of the ice/snow and was very responsive. “Snowmageddon” truly made for a very memorable Thanksgiving. ...
