Beautiful 1360 square foot home on 2 acres. Modern, shed roof design with great windows and view of Grizzly Peak. Quiet and peaceful but only 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Ashland. Deck with propane fire table. Kitchen with quartz countertops and island, custom Italian appliances. One bedroom has a california king with attached master bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen bed with a separate bathroom. Perfect for a couples getaway and great for those visiting Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Wireless internet and Satellite TV.

This is the vacation house you wish was yours!
This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view. Loved the deck --wonderful place to watch birds. Just the right size and location. Incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. Beds are comfortable. The place is very clean.

The homeowners take amazing care of the property. They graciously supply many things you typically don’t get at other VRBO,s. Abundance of toilet paper, trash bags, soaps kitchen bathroom and shower. Their inventory of small appliances dishes and silverware were very much appreciated. We will definitely stay again!

Ideal beautiful getaway in Ashland
We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect: the location, the view, the amazing home with all needs met. My only small complaint would be not having regular TV to get updates on the fires happening in California and not being able to watch PBS live. We will be back every year. Thank you for sharing this amazing spot with us.

Lovely property & well-equipped
This is a really nice property. The view would have been really beautiful, if not for the smoke settled into the valley for the duration of our stay. The house is really well equipped, with everything that we needed. I especially appreciated the detailed instructions for all the appliances, fans, air-conditioning, etc. The house and location were exactly as advertised, and we would definitely stay there again.

This rental was wonderful in every way. It was clean, had a nice floor plan, spacious kitchen, pleasant isolation and a view to die for. I have to be honest about how nice it was to stay there, but I don't want a flood of requests to stay because it will be harder for us to come back again. Which we will. It may not be suitable for children, as there is no yard.

Beautiful new home
This is a beautiful home with views of the Rogue Valley from every room. The property is quiet, private, and peaceful. The home has a lovely deck and a state of the art kitchen. It is surprisingly close to downtown Ashland. There is a streaming service available, but no access to local channels. We weren’t there to watch TV, but others may want to know that in advance.

We loved almost everything. The one exception was the ice maker. It worked, but not well and either the ice melted or the maker squirted water into the catch tray. There was always a layer of frozen liquid on the bottom even though we dumped it several times. Everything else was great.

Amazing Retreat in Nature
Absolutely loved this property. Dori was so kind and quickly responded to any questions about the property and the town. The house has amazing views and if you are lucky you will get to see coyotes at sunrise, wild turkeys and buck passing through. The decor was awesome; the kitchen was fully equipped-although we ate at many of the restaurants in town; wifi was great, plenty of plush towels in the bathroom. Easy drive to downtown and we made day excursions to snowshoe at Crater Lake, snowshoe at Mt. Ashland and drive and hike through the Redwoods and explore a bit of the Oregon coast, hike Prescott park and eat the infamous grilled cheese at the Rogue Creamery. I would have also been content to just sit on the deck and enjoy the quiet and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. My son attends college out here so we hope to rent again--hopefully when he graduates!
