Cozy 3- bedroom home with small town charm

This home is an old home that we have recently remodeled. It has a full kitchen, a living room with a sectional couch and TV, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The home also has a washer and dryer for guest use. There is an unfinished basement with access to it from the primary bedroom. There is also a garage on the house that is not for guest use and it does not have access into the home. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have plenty of room for the whole family or have the whole place to yourself! Ashland is the perfect place to disconnect and revel in small town life.

Property owner was wonderful to communicate with.… Quiet neighborhood with updated furnishings on the inside. Loved the wonderful touch of snacks and toiletries provided at this rental property. If ever in this region of Kansas again, our family would definitely stay here again!
