Great Stay!
The place was perfect for my husband and I traveling with our pup. Many restaurants and activities are within walking distance of the cottage - we would stay here again next time we're in Ashland.

It was a beautiful cottage, walkable to all of downtown Ashland. Near cafes, restaurants and shops. Owners were very responsive to any questions, and checkin/out was a breeze.

Clean, conveniently located, lovely cottage in Ashland
Michael’s cottage was as described with every amenity we could need in our two night stay in Ashland. Check in and check out were easy and there was a comprehensive list of recommended restaurants that were helpful. Very clean, well appointed space with a private outdoor area to enjoy as well.

Owners have thought of everything that a visitor to Ashland might need such as umbrellas, a tote bag, a corkscrew and wine glasses. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved this quiet spot in the middle of town with easy walking access to downtown, restaurants, OSF etc. Host recommendations for favorite restaurants were spot on! Will stay here again!

Top Notch!
Three nights. Two seniors and a mini schnauzer. The cottage is exactly as advertised. The location is excellent. The owner is engaging but respectful and not intrusive. Flexible in& out times if needed and available. Will stay here again if in the area.

It had everything we wanted or needed for comfort, and we were able to have our dog travel and stay with us. Communication with the host was great. Many things within walking distance, including the Shakespeare festival events. We plan to return in the future and hopefully stay at this property again.

High marks
We loved staying here! High marks for being dog friendly, clean and a short walk to everything. The king size bed was a big plus for us. Host was available and let us use his charger for our electric car. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Cozy cottage!
This cute cozy cottage is walking distance to all of downtown Ashland! We loved that we could bring our dog. And the king size bed was very comfy. We will definitely stay again.

Great getaway
We had just a short overnight stopover on a road trip. The cottage was clean, comfortable and quiet and Ashland was very cute. Michael was friendly and easy to communicate with.

This place is everything you could ever want in a short term rental! The interior amenities are extremely nice and well done. The bed is superb. Location is great, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy safe parking, and friendly polite host. 10/10 for this place!

Cozy and the best location
This was our second visit to the Courtside Cottage and we would come back any time. There is no better location in Ashland - we walked to everything and never moved our car in 4 days. We walked to the Shakespeare Festival, restaurants, coffee shops, Main Street and Lithia Park. The host Michael gives detailed and timely information. The cottage is cozy but is a master-class in efficient use of space. It has everything you need including a quaint and private front patio. It is very pet friendly and our senior dog loved her stay too.

A cozy comfortable place
What a wonderful place to stay. We were on the go everyday, out and about, enjoying hikes, wine tasting, theater, local eateries, and local bars... one thing we always looked forward to after a busy day is that special place where we just relax in the comfort of a cozy home. It's got it all... location and amenities. It's certainly a great place to stay.

Court side Cottage is a jewel…perfectly and elegantly appointed large studio with private terrace in a central but quiet location. The check in and check out processes were a breeze and Michael, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location
We travel to Ashland a few times a year. The studio fits our needs perfectly. The location could not be better when visiting OSF or the Cabaret theatre. There are plenty of restaurants with in walking distance as well. Terrific find!
