"This cozy cottage was perfect for our trip to Nashville. The house itself is charming, clean and quiet. We got in later and the owner had the lights on and the hot tub ready. His communication was excellent and had we needed anything I know he would have been available. As it was it was so perfectly set up that we didn’t. This was also a perfect location. "We had a great time! I would recommend this property to anyone. The decor and style emphasize the country roots of Nashville and Tennessee. There are lots of entertainment options for kids outdoor and indoor. The interior layout is especially unique with the basement being below the main house and guest house. Everyone thought that was so cool. Dustin was prompt to respond with any questions that we had during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"We booked a week here for a reunion of college friends and the property was great. Everything was in good condition and clean. The house and grounds were lovely and as pictured or better. Check-in and out were easy and the house rules and cleaning responsibilities were completely reasonable. Would absolutely consider renting again if we return to the area."
