The Space:
The Field View 1 can be found in a grassland meadow and offers sceneries of the unspoiled Kent countryside, just 10 minutes from Headcorn and 30 minutes from Maidstone town. Accessible through lush cutting and vegetable gardens, it provides a quaint retreat for nature enthusiasts. Capture stunning wildlife photos, including owls from our bird breeding program. Nearby attractions include Kent Life, Mote Park, Godinton House, Doddington Place Gardens, and The Big Cat Sanctuary.
A comfortable, 221-square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny house and surrounding areas. Guests will have access to all areas of the farm including our on-site restaurant and shop.

The Field View 1, set in the Kent countryside just 30 minutes from Maidstone, offers a perfect rural retreat. Kent is known as "The Garden of England” and boasts a rich variety of landscapes, local food, and drink. Visitors can enjoy seasonal produce from farmers' markets and savor Kentish wines through arranged wine tours. The region also features local cider, beer, and gin producers. For those seeking adventure, the nearby Greensand Way provides excellent walking and hiking trails, including pub trails linking traditional Kentish inns.

- Kent Life offers 28 acres of attractions, including relocated historic buildings and a coal-fired oast house. Kids will enjoy the play area, pottery studio, animal encounters, and farm rides, while Dotty’s Tea Room serves delicious homemade treats.
- Mote Park in Maidstone spans over 450 acres and features grasslands, woodlands, rivers, and a 30-acre lake. This peaceful park, popular among locals and visitors, hosts diverse birdlife and seasonal beauty.

Getting Around:
By car:
- We are 20 minutes from Ashford and it is a 20 minute drive of 14.5 km.
- Easily accessible by 2WD and 4 WD
By public transport:
- We have a direct mainline train connection from London to Headcorn .
- There is a taxi service from Headcorn to us MTC 01622 890003. There is no bus service to the property.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is allowed in certain areas on the property, smoking is not allowed in the tiny house
- Please note that pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out courtesy of other guests
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please be advised that we have free-roaming farm animals (and potential noise) on our property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- The livestock have a rotation grazing system, guests will be informed where they are on check-in.
- We have an onsite shop and restaurant where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
- Mobile reception has a good signal for BT Group and O2; weak signals for Vodafone, Orange, and Three; there is no signal for the rest

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
