Despite the time-honoured appearance of the exterior, the interior is brimming with modern luxuries. The hut features a fully-fitted kitchenette with a 2 hob cooker, microwave and fridge, an electric wood burner, a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, double sofa, a TV – it even has underfloor heating for those colder winter stays. Outside, the chimenea and dining area provide the perfect setting for an evening under the stars. Within the welcome pack you will find a guide to the local area, offering the very best tips on what this beautiful corner of England has to offer. The pretty village of East Brabourne boasts one of the best pubs in East Kent - The Five Bells, and it is only a few minutes walk from the hut!

Outside space – a lovely enclosed area around the hut with table and chairs and a chimenea
Strictly no pets – the hut is on farmland with sheep grazing

Private parking within the hut’s enclosed boundary fence

As the hut is on a working farm there will from time to time be some unavoidable noise from farm machinery

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
