Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and surrounding property. 2 cars can be accommodated in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
Other things to note
We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog($60). We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay.
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts.
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside.
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.
Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.
The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you.
Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home and should be registered as children.
