Amazing Rental!!
I can’t say enough about this house and location!! It’s a 3 mile drive right to Mt. Rainier National Park. The house is so cute, huge yard, big deck and hot tub. It was such a fun weekend and great hosts. Highly recommend this rental for your next remote getaway!

Nice house close to Ranier entrance
Perfect house for a family, essentially three bedrooms plus a pullout couch . Nice deck for eating outside in the evening and hot tub to soak in after a day of hiking.

Very Cool House
We loved staying at this house. The "Tower" was so cool! The hot tub was nice and hot, there was even a charcoal grill. Wood burning fireplace made this a lovely winter escape, super close to the Park. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Mt. Rainier getaway
Location to the park is amazing, and the house was cozy. Their are other properties on lot, and they are closer than expected, but you still have your privacy with fencing. The hot tub was great! I’d stay again.

Cutest house
This house was so charming. Stain glass windows, cute decor, cozy and comfortable. Hot tub was great. House is well stocked for guests. Would stay again. Only thing I would say is the stairs are super step. The tower is like a ship ladder. My teenage girl loves it but not suitable for all age groups. Overall this house was a great find and we really enjoyed our stay.

The linens in the middle room smelled dusty, but the contact person gave us the laundry code to get other linens. The BBQ was quite rusty and we had great difficulty removing the side drawer to empty it. I took the time to clean the grates well and re oil them but this really needs to be replaced. It was a good size though. I would suggest to have a crock pot and a blender and a few more large cooking utensils. The house otherwise was WONDERFUL, plenty of room and if we had kids they would have loved the loft and the games. Great location. I would definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This is an okay place! Nice location, horrible home
We stayed here for our honeymoon while visiting Mt. Rainier for 2 nights. The location is super ideal and only a few minutes to the Mt. Rainier entrance. However, the host was very unresponsive. The front door had a loose door handle when we got there. The rest of the house was super old and things were just falling apart. Some of the pots and pans were also nasty and the cooking utensils were falling apart. Also, the hot tub needs a major update and is not meant for tall people. It only has jets on the back and nothing for the feed. We could not figure out how to turn on the outside lights. Also, the 3rd floor is very dangerous to climb. The stairs were very narrow and the carpet was very slick. This was listed on Marriott and should not be as this is not to Brand standard. The owner is also trying to sell the home. I would not recommend this place for the price we paid. If you just need a place to stay, then it's okay because of it's convenience to the parks.

Cozy & clean home
We were very comfortable in this home, and we loved how it was close to MRNP. Every room was decorated in a classy, welcoming way, and all of the spaces were inviting. The kitchen was easy to use for meal preparation. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Black Bear Retreat. It's a great feel of old school charm mixed with all the modern amenities! Very private and right in the middle of the woods. Three different times during the week, we had deer walking through and stopping in the yard. The place is also very close to the park entrance, which was great for us. We went hiking every day. Would certainly recommend.

Great and Fun
This was a great spot for our family of four. The house was comfy and clean, stocked well for a vacation rental! Easy and close drive into Rainier National Park, too.
