Picture a wooded sanctuary filled with birdsong in the morning. Imagine a Mountain Modern studio-style hideaway that is yours alone: a dedicated guest suite with parking space, a separate entrance, a spacious, private screened porch, and sliding glass doors that offer filtered light and lovely wooded views.

Your North Asheville home-away-from-home’s mini-kitchen features a custom-built counter and shelving handcrafted of reclaimed timbers, refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glasses, and flatware, as well as coffee, tasty grab-and-go breakfast options, and organic popcorn.

Enjoy your morning coffee at your bistro table, on your couch as you catch the news on your 43-inch flat screen hi def smart TV, or out on the screened porch; here you can relax in one of your comfy chairs, try your hand at foosball, or, if you’re lucky, catch a glimpse of a majestic sharp-shinned hawk.

Your beautifully appointed bathroom includes a custom walk-in shower with marble seat, and contrasting tiled niche and floors. Set against a whitewashed shiplap accent wall, your custom-built vanity houses a hairdryer, towels, and a selection of local soaps, shampoos, and conditioners.

After a day of exploring Asheville, look forward to a thoroughly relaxing night’s sleep in your king-size platform bed with sumptuous memory foam mattress. A wonderful experience!
Beautiful and immaculate huge room on the bottom floor of a family home. You enter through a screened porch overlooking a lovely wooded area! We really enjoyed that the room had a sofa/TV area, lovely fireplace, a well stocked kitchenette, and a bath with a walk in shower. Convenient north Asheville location! It could not have been any better!

This is the way to see Asheville
Minutes away from hiking, restaurants, cider, morning coffee, bagels, etc etc. We had a totally private suite with everything needed for a wonderful stay! It is an absolutely charming accommodation I would not hesitate to come again! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and hospitality.

Great little getaway
We stayed here while visiting Asheville for our 10th anniversary. It was exactly as described and easy to find. Aside from a small issue obtaining the key, our stay was perfect. There is a steep driveway to walk up to get to the porch, but it’s not a far walk. I would recommend getting ice and leaving in a cooler or outside if it’s cold enough. The room and bathroom are beautiful and very comfortable.

Cute place and close to town
This place was perfect for my trip to see Asheville. I was able to park here and easily get Uber back and forth to town. Everything is clean and just as pictured. I had everything I needed. Check in was not so smooth, which is why the lower rating. No key was left and I had to wait an hour for a reply to be able to get in. After that, I had no issues. I had some deer visit in the morning which I loved seeing.

Secluded and quiet - definitely need a GPS to find it!
We would give this property a 10+ if it wasn't for the steep drive to have to walk up to access the door. There is no kitchen; however a microwave, mini fridge & Keurig coffee maker are provided on the back bar area. This was perfect for us since we leave mid morning & enjoy finding a "breakfast near me" & return early evening after having dinner.

This property was very clean, cozy, and well docorated. It met all our needs with a very comfortable bed, a nice liviing area space with TV, a small kitchenette area and a clean bathrrom, and the extra of the screeened in porch. We were able to get to any part of Asheville within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Very Comfortable Stay
This place is so well designed and cozy! The host made great use of the space to make it both pretty and comfortable. It is well stocked with towels and extra pillows. There are plenty of drawers and tables/shelves to store your things. Clean drinking water, good coffee, and some snacks are provided, and the refrigerator is big enough to house your delicious leftovers. The tv is on a swivel mount so you can enjoy it from the couch or bed. We were about 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, so the location is both convenient and scenic. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice stay in Asheville
The property owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort in designing this living space. I loved the art work and the selection of books.. Thank you for the books! She supplied towels, linens, plates, utensils, and coffee! The location is close to downtown restaurants, cideries, and breweries. It's also easy to get out of town for hiking.

Cute place off the beaten path
The neighborhood is so cute and not far from downtown Asheville. There was coffee, snacks and water. Bed was comfy, shower was hot, and nicely decorated. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee with no bugs. There was a smart TV and lots of pamphlets about Asheville. Angie was a great host and offered recommendations and early checkin and late checkout. The room is below the house so you could hear footsteps during the day.
