If you are looking to break free of your daily routine and explore all that Asheville has to offer, make a run for Blue Ridge Escape. This west-facing one-bedroom, one-bath condo with 120-degree skyline views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the heart of downtown Asheville and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an awe inspiring view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the dining space and living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The dining table seats four, providing ample space to work remotely or connect over dinner. In addition to the dining table, Blue Ridge Escape also seats three at the breakfast bar. The living room has a sleeper sofa for two, and two accent chairs, providing a romantic haven to snuggle with your significant other or furry friend and witness the sunset with your favorite evening beverage in hand. For entertainment, enjoy a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi to stream your favorite binge worthy shows. Blue Ridge Escape features a sliding glass window in the living room which opens, allowing in fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the city and mountains beyond - a perfect way to wake up in the morning and wind down in the evening.

Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, a chaise lounge for reading or regarding the sweeping views of north Asheville and the mountains beyond, and a 55” cable TV. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.

The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods.

Blue Ridge Escape is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.

Blue Ridge Escape is pet-friendly with guests permitted to bring a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Blue Ridge Escape.

Access
After you book your stay in Blue Ridge Escape, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. We require this to be signed and returned before we release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.

Parking
When you book your stay at Blue Ridge Escape, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking at just $32 a night. You will have full access to come and go as you please. You also have the option to self-park in the city. If you are ride sharing into town, please let us know after booking so we can remove the parking charge for you. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.

Building Amenities
Included in your stay at Blue Ridge Escape is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

With amazing views, access to valet parking, our state-of-the-art gym and relaxing massage offerings, we’re here to ensure your time away from home is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. An additional amenity available to you when booking Blue Ridge Escape are our in-house food & beverage offerings, conveniently located on the first floor. Our culinary partners are proud to bring you an irresistible casual yet fine dining restaurant with Bargello, offering a menu inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, as well as the inviting bar and lounge, District 42, serving a collection of seasonal and craft cocktails and shareable small plates. This place has everything you would need to make your stay stress free. You can walk to almost everything. Probably the most dog friendly location I have ever seen. Next time we will bring our dog. Definitely will stay here again.

For years, we’ve rented houses, condos and townhomes around the world. This was the most organized, well-kept place we’ve ever stayed. Our experience with the property management team and Hotel Arras staff was top notch.

Easy check-in/out with extremely polite and helpful valets on each of our 5 days there. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and had most things one would need for cooking, including plenty of spices. The park across from the hotel was great for walking our dog and she got lots of treats and petting from the staff. It is in a great location for restaurants and shopping and the valet parking made it easy when we went to Biltmore, the NC Arboretum and hiking since downtown can be crowded. We had dinner outdoors at Bargello's, which was a nice meal in a dog friendly setting. Bouchon's is another nearby restaurant with great French food that is dog friendly. For the most part, everything was perfect. My only issue was sirens and way too loud motorcycles late at night, particularly on the weekend. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend taking some earplugs. Would definitely return and again, the staff were exemplary!!

Spectacular!
This was the best home rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot! The apartment had stunning views and everything was brand new. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was amazing to have all of the amenities of a hotel, including the concierge, the free wine at happy hour, coffee in the morning and valet parking. But the best part was the location. You can’t get more central to the action. We were able to walk everywhere…to restaurants, bars, breweries and tours. We will be back!

Food and Brew in Asheville!
We could not have chosen a nicer place than this! The view of the city is amazing, and it’s right in the heart of everything. “At the top of the hill” they say. The space was extremely clean, amenities were plentiful, and the bed slept great. The only knock would be the street music filtering up late at night, but that was only on the weekend. We could see ourselves living here. HIGHLY recommended!!

Even Better Than Expected
This property was absolutely amazing! The pictures just can't do justice for the amazing views. Our entire experience was superb from start to finish. Even though the weather wasn't the best and we could only go hiking 1 day, we didn't mind relaxing in the condo and just watching the view as out back up plan. So many great restaurants and stores were literally just steps away, everyone that worked at the building was super friendly and we really liked the vibe in the building. We will definitely stay here again next time we come.

Great Condo in Perfect Location
We stayed in this condo for a week and loved everything about it. It was very clean and well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Fantastic views of the city and of the mountains off in the distance, along with the evening sunset. Plenty of supplies, including coffee (didn’t have to buy any all week). The valet parking was easy and convenient, and we used the gym several times during our stay. And finally, the location was perfect. We could walk to shops, restaurants and a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods for groceries. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Asheville.

Hello - Thank you for a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the western views here vs staying on the Pack Square side. It was lovely to see the sunsets. One thing that would have helped a bit was having access to overnight charging of electric vehicles. I know they weren't working and I understand things are slowly getting back to normal, but that would have been super helpful. In the meantime, I'd recommend that any guests who need it go to Sam's Club, they have superfast chargers and it's relatively close-by. The chargers in the nearby garages aren't very good and are hard to actually get. One other thing that was pretty awesome, but I suspect might be hard to manage in the busy season, it the access I had to my car. Nicki and the team kept my car on the deck and I was able to basically walk out and jump in, without having to have the valet get it. It was great because I was in/out quite a bit transporting my mother (who is in a wheelchair) to/from her house in town. I'm not sure if you would consider an option in which this is a special service (for an additional fee perhaps), but it was a game changer for us this trip. Finally, I'd like to add that everyone was really easy and helpful, from all of the valets to the tall porter who helped with our luggage and equipment. Looking forward to our next stay.
