3 Bed, 2 Bath Home - 10 min to Downtown & Biltmore

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful home, 10 min to Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House and 5 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. One ensuite bedroom with full bath featuring a stand up shower. Shared bathroom in hall with shower and bathtub. Full kitchen with all new appliances. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Enjoy all that Asheville has to offer, then retire to peace and quiet in the neighborhood of Botany Woods.

We have enough beds to accommodate 6 guests, 2 guests per bed. We do not have furniture that will accommodate sleeping.

My car will be covered and parked under the carport.

The fireplace does not work. No fires allowed inside.

The basement is closed off for our storage.

There is no closet in bedroom #1. It is used for our personal storage. But there is a very large dresser.

This is our home and it’s where we live. We open up the calendar when we are away. Please respect our home and our personal items. We are happy to share with you while you are staying, but please do not take anything from our home.

Maximum 2 well behaved pets. No pets on the furniture at any time. Pets must be crated if they are left alone in the house.

There is a ton of wildlife in this area. The bears are around all year. Keep a close eye on your pets and children if they are outside. And never leave any kind of food or beverages outside. Let's keep the wildlife wild.
