Amazing View, Walk to Biltmore Village from 1 BR Apartment

This in-town suite is the entire lower floor of our home with a gorgeous mountain view and entrance through a private patio. You can hear periodic train whistles and church chimes from Biltmore Village below. On-street parking is available with a private sidewalk to the suite.
This rental is suitable for up to two couples or a family with two children with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room and a full-size blow-up mattress. A table with seating for four is also in the living area. Other amenities include a frig, toaster oven and microwave, coffee maker and cup, plates and dinner ware.
Walk to shops, restaurants, and breweries in Biltmore Village. Ideally located only minutes to Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District, Downtown, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The neighborhood is great for a quiet, exploratory stroll, and Asheville is a mecca for cyclists, rock climbers, hikers, and river boaters. The owners are avid cyclists and hikers and can recommend a wide variety of road and mountain biking opportunities, as well as lots of interesting mountain-view and waterfall hikes.

This is a great place to stay near boutique shops and great restaurants, but you feel like your in the country. Quiet neighborhood and private back entrance.

Cozy Christmas in Ashville
My boyfriend and I spent Christmas here and enjoyed it so much. Beautiful view and lots of extras, like a coy pond right off the back deck, bathroom essentials and snacks! I also enjoyed browsing the bookshelf. We would definitely stay again

My sister and I spent the weekend in Asheville for a girls weekend and this place was perfect! Beautiful views from the patio and the location was great. Close to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Asheville.

Fun in Asheville
This place is cute and cozy. It's all you need in a town full of activity. The patio is very comfortable and has a wonderful view of Asheville. The comfort of home in a small scale. Our stay was just right The hosts were friendly & very responsive. The house was just as advertised. It worked well for us for a short stay since we did not need to cook. If you need a full kitchen, this will not work for you.

The listing was super clean amd had everything you would need and more. The owners were so nice and helpful. Pat always told us about wildlife in the vicinity. The bed was so comfortable. We were within 12 minutes of anything we wanted to do. It was so convient. I definitely recommend this property
