"I loved the old world charm. High ceilings, lovely architrave timber work with all it's history. Staff were very friendly, food was amazing and breakfast very nice and tasty. Great for a stop over to go to a show. "

"An extra special thank you to the Hyatt Regency Hotel staff member who took the time and effort to have medication that was accidentally left behind in our hotel room fridge sent via parcel post to our next stop which was in Melbourne. This was truly "above and beyond"!"

"The hotel is very good. Rooms are very big, comfortable and cozy. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions. The airport is not too far. The metro line is only few blocks to go to the airport. Lots of shopping and restaurant areas nearby. Very convenient. The only negative this is that they never cleaned the room in four days. They didn't change the towels as well. I recommend it but just be aware about cleanliness. "
