"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. "We did not know to call with an arrival time so there was a lot of time used working out what to do. But when we met Daniella she was so nice and spent quite a while explaining everything and how to use the car park - off site. The room was part of one of the old buildings inside very modern and just around the corner from the Piazza del Popolo. And what a great town and atmosphere to spend time in. Loved staying here."
