LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets. GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

The hotel was outstanding, it was immaculately clean and well organized. The staff were great. I cannot think of any negatives, the hotel is very conveniently located near the train and I really appreciated the Family Mart right next door.
