This beautiful holiday home is located in a picturesque natural area.

Your holiday home near Gerå is tastefully decorated with attractive furnishings and is bright and inviting. From the living room you have access to a large, beautiful garden, which is ideal for games and ball games. The south-west facing terraces are ideal for sunbathing and cosy barbecues. A fishing licence for the Au Gerå is also included with your stay in the holiday home.

The impressive natural surroundings are ideal for long walks and are an attractive place for nature lovers. The cosy harbour town of Hou with its beautiful beach is just a few minutes' drive away, and if you fancy exciting attractions, sights and shopping, Aalborg is also within easy reach.

For further experiences, the impressive Råbjerg Mile hiking dune, the Råbjerg Mose bird reserve, Eagleworld, the Ålbæk dune plantation and of course Skagen are recommended excursion destinations. In summer, you can find some great finds at the Aalbæk market. Outdoor enthusiasts should explore the protected nature reserves Åsted Ådal and Katsig Bakker.

Großzügig aber sehr nüchtern
Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem sehr großzügigen Grundstück. Auch in Haus ist alles relativ geräumig. Das war wirklich angenehm als das Wetter schlecht war. Insgesamt wirkte allerdings alles sehr praktisch und nüchtern und leider etwas vernachlässigt. Es war staubig, der Ofen und die Bleche verdreckt, Geschirr und Besteck schmuddelig, Tische wackelten, Betten quietschten, Lampen waren kaputt usw. Da es im Haus außer Spülmittel und einem Staubsauger keine Putzutensilien gab, war nachbessern schwierig. Das Quietschen und Wackeln reparierten wir so gut wie möglich mit dem Taschenmesser. Man kommt gut zu den Stränden - Hou ist nicht so überlaufen. Kulturell ist in der Nähe wenig geboten. Insgesamt o.k. aber es kam kein Wohlfühlen auf.
