It is a 120 m2 house with a large garden at the front of the Morbihan gulf with a small beach accessible 1 minute away on foot. It has a large living room with open kitchen, a veranda overlooking the gulf allowing you to take meals, a bedroom on the ground floor with a double sofa bed overlooking the garden, a bathroom bath with shower and WC,
upstairs, a large master bedroom with small private terrace and staircase descending into the garden, a shower and toilet in the bedroom,
another double bedroom with a double bed overlooking the Gulf, another with bunk beds overlooking the garden, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC.
