"Excellent hotel for a few days in Luxembourg. A 5-10 min walk from the airport, the room was clean, beef comfortable and had tea and coffee with a kettle. Excellent shower, all very clean. Very warm. Buffet breakfast was €12.50 each (02/25) and excellent - hot bacon potatoes and scrambled egg. Continental meats, cheese & pickles. Huge croissoints and pastries etc. Fruit cereal & yogurt etc. The bar served very nice beer for around €8 for a large glass. Let us leave our bags for the day when we...

"The hotel and staff are nice. They did miss my wake up call and the room was really hot despite my setting the thermostat on the lowest level. But the convenience of a shuttle and proximity to the airport can’t be beat. "

"Easy access to town centre, on two main bus lines, opposite a lovely Brasserie, Pizza Place and Chinese place. Very quiet area. Very nice service from front desk, always smiling and polite. The only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work very well, so overnight it became rather hot. Would go back there, for sure. "

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"The price of this hotel is worth it. The room is spacious. Perfect for a family. It has the best value. You can easily go to this hotel from the tram station near the hotel. It only take like 7 minutes of tram to get to the city center. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. "Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !"
