"Its ok. No air-conditioning but the weather is not hot too. Also, no elevator to 3rd floor where i stayed. So, due to climbing of a long staircase, I have to get all my stuff for the day everyday before going out to avoid climbing multiple times a day. Although, The room is clean and comfortable."

"Lovely spacious apartment that provided everything a traveller needs in the heart of the old town. Host assisted us with parking close to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. On the plus side this apartment gives lovely views over Jesuitenplatz."

"We were met by the care taker. Parking was a bit a way from the apartment, but made for a nice little walk. The apartment is up a couple flights of stairs. (This happens to be normal in a lot of German rentals.) The apartment was clean and spacious. Pamphlets of things to do were provided on the dresser in the front of the apartment. "We liked the fact that it was just opposite the Rathaus! In the middle of the Altstadt! That was very convenient especially at night after the night walks or dining. The property was clean, easy to find from Koblenz Hbf and near bus stops. Excellent stay, I would stay there again!"

"The apartment/ home in Koblenz was a wonderful stop for our family. The home was spacious and had beautiful views of the city and river. It was well equipped for us to cook a few meals from. It was a little tricky to find at first, but the detailed instructions were very helpful and we were able to do so. Our host was wonderful!! She was always Quick and ready to respond to our Request or questions. We would highly recommend this property!!!"

"It was a short stay. We stayed shorter than planned. The kitchen is very good. The bathroom is small, but okay. The bedroom has a very old bed. The stairs to the attic apartment were not very comfortable, it creaked and felt unsafe. As far as we are concerned, the garden can be cleaned up, which improves the impression."

The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs).
