Villa with amazing view of Porto Cervo. The property consists of a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, service bedroom on the basement floor with third bathroom, laundry room. Outside the property has a large terrace with large sofas, dining area and sun lounger area. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance of the house. The bathrooms were renovated 2 years ago. In a quiet and reserved area but just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and services..
