Casa Beljardino lies on the ground floor of a beautiful building. The house has sea view from the terrace and from the garden. The garden is full of flowers and has a well tended lawn. The house is on walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants of Cannigione.

The apartment has modern furnishing, air-conditioning in all rooms, and a big sliding window to the terrace. The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed, and two double rooms. One bedroom has sea view and a private bathroom. The other has its bathroom next to the room. From the main bedroom and from the living room there is access to the big terrace with sea view and view over the cute garden that is prosperous all year round.

You will have at your disposal a private covered parking inside the residence.

Cannigione is in the centre of the Gallura region and therefore a perfect base to explore the Costa Smeralda, to visit La Maddalena and the many extremely beautiful beaches in the area, like for example Cala dei Ginepri.

This was a property in a good location to explore north/east Sardinia.
The holiday was marred by total lack of communication with the property manager and inadequate instructions for getting to the property.

Close to the sea with a great view.
Well kitted out property close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the sea. A car is essential for exploring the nearby beaches and beautiful coastlines. And if you are into rocks, they have some spectacular igneous formations. Only thing the villa lacked were some sunbeds for the garden and maybe a dishwasher (but that's me being picky!).

Gutes Apartement
Gutes Apartement, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Schöne Terasse mit schönem Möbeln und Blick, netter Garten mit Olivenbäumen etc. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung, kochmessermäßig bringt man sich aber besser etwas Eigenes mit. Vor Ort wird nur Italienisch und kein Englisch gesprochen, das war beim Check-In teilweise etwas nervig, aber in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war ok dank Google-Übersetzer, warum wir zwischendurch auch italienische Sprachnachrichten bekommen haben, haben wir nicht so richtig verstanden. Insgesamt fänden wir ein paar Englischkenntnisse für so internationales Publikum schon angemessen. Der Supermarkt nebenan hat uns nicht gestört, wir fanden ihn recht praktisch. Allerdings waren wir auch in der Nebensaison da und alles war nicht so geschäftig. Die Wohnung war prinzipiell sauber, die Duschen bräuchten aber dringend eine Grundreinigung bzw. ein Update. Gewohnungsbedürftig fanden wir die Lampen mit bläulichen Glühbirnen, das war schon sehr ungemütlich.

Super Wohnung in praktischer Lage
Wir waren Ende Mai in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht voll der Beschreibung, alles war super sauber, wir waren von der Ausstattung begeistert, alles sehr hochwertig, auch die Gartenmöbel, nichts hat gefehlt. Der Check-In verlief problemlos, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld auf Englisch und vor Ort nur auf italienisch, dank Google translate kein Problem. Simona hat wie abgesprochen an der Wohnung auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer wieder Mal Tipps per WhatsApp von ihr bekommen, super Service. Die Lage direkt an der Rückseite eines Supermarktes ist sehr praktisch. In anderen Bewertungen angesprochene Busse auf dem Parkplatz haben wir nicht gesehen, gibt es vielleicht nur in der Hauptsaison. Strand, Restaurants usw in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, sehr gepflegtes Umfeld. Lage perfekt zum Erkunden der Costa Smeralda, viele Traumstrände und Städte in 20 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und gepflegtem Garten
Wir waren als Familie das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren wieder zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat Vor- und Nachteile welche man beachten sollte. Die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach perfekt, direkt hinter einem Supermarkt, was für Einkäufe super praktisch ist auch für den tgl, Brötchenkauf ideal. Meerblick ist toll, früh morgen Sonne auf der Terrasse und Abends Schatten ist auch sehr praktisch, da man Abends vom Tag sehr aufgeheizt ist. Nachteile sind das immer noch fehlende WLAN, was echt ein Problem ist, wenn man Kinder hat, da es auch kein deutsches Fernsehen gibt. Auch fehlt der Geschirrspüler, was etwas ungewöhnlich für die Ausstattung ist, da der Platz in der großen Küche eigentlich da ist. Was auch (leider) erwähnenswert ist, das die Betreuung vor Ort (Übergabe) nur italienisch spricht, was eigentlich bei internationalen Gästen zu wenig ist. Google translate ist dann Goldwert aber nichtsdestotrotz nervig. All in ist unsere Bewertung trotzdem super, da es uns trotzdem gefallen hat und wir die Wohnung wieder buchen würden.

Schöne Wohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung. Dass kein WiFi verfügbar ist, haben wir bei der Buchung übersehen. Das war allerdings kein Problem, weil der Supermarkt gleich nebenan ein "free WiFi" hat. Einfach beim Kassenpersonal nach dem Code fragen. Cannigione ist sehr geeignet, um die nahe gelegenen Strände der Costa Smeralda zu erkunden.

La casa è inserita in un bel residence, tranquillo ed orientato verso il mare. Parcheggio auto riservato. Arredo zona soggiorno/cucina nuovo. Perfetto per famiglia con bambini. Giardino esterno curato. Dotazione completa di stoviglie, biancheria ed asciugamani per il bagno. Sarebbero utili due sdraio per rilassarsi sul prato di pertinenza. Porto Cervo raggiungibile in 15 min. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Nordsardiniens
Optimal ist die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft zu einem Supermarkt, der im Sommer bis 20.30 Uhr geöffnet hat und mit einer hervorragenden Metzgerei, frisch gebackenem Brot sowie sehr guten Weinen aufwartet. Cannigione selbst ist recht touristisch und der eigene Strand vergleichsweise unattraktiv. Ein Mietauto ist daher ein Muss, um die herrlichen verschiedenen Strände Nordsardiniens zu erkunden. Die Lage erlaubt dabei, sowohl die Strände an der berühmten (und teuren) Costa Smeralda im Nordosten als auch die (schöneren) Strände an der Costa Paradiso im äußersten Nordwesten in jeweils weniger als einer Stunde anzusteuern. Ebenfalls in weniger als einer Stunde kann man ins Monte Limbara Gebirge für eine Bergwanderung mit tollen Panoramaaussichten aufbrechen. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Dass die charmanten Besitzer nur italienisch sprechen, mag jedoch für den einen oder anderen einen etwas schwierigen Einstieg darstellen.

Een verzorgd huis met overdekt terras en tuin op het oosten.
Het ontvangst was geweldig met wijn, water, zoutjes en een schaal vol fruit, een goed begin van de vakantie. Helaas waren de vuilnisbakken niet geleegd waardoor we ons eigen vuilnis niet kwijt konden. De tv heeft één zender, sport. De auto staat veilig op een afgesloten terrein met een eigen parkeerplaats. Helaas ontbrak er een koffiezetapparaat. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van goede bedden en voeldoende kastruimte. Het huis staat wel naast de supermarkt waardoor we, als we buiten zaten, de airco de rust verstoorde. Wij waren er in de herfstvakantie en was het erg rustig maar ik denk dat het in het hoogseizoen heel rumoerig kan zijn omdat de appartementen vlak naast en boven elkaar zitten. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijk huis, op loopafstand van het centrum en de supermarkt.

Sehr schöne und für Italien sehr moderne Ferienwohnung in Top Lage.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig in Cannigione. Die Lage hinter einem Supermarkt störte uns überhaupt nicht, wir fanden es eher angenehm durch kurze Wege bei der Lebensmittelbeschaffung. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die paar Busse störten uns auch nicht, wobei diese auch nur tagsüber dort parken. Der eine Stern Abzug ist lediglich für die wirklich fehlenden Liegen im Garten sowie die leider nur italienische Vorort Betreuung (leider kein Wort Englisch gesprochen) und der fehlende Geschirrspüler und WLAN. Nichtsdestotrotz kann man auf alles auch gut verzichten und den Urlaub auch so in vollen Zügen genießen. Insgesamt kann Mann aber diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Posto stupendo
La casa è in linea con la descrizione, molto spaziosa e pulita. I due bagni sono comodissimi nel caso di soggiorno di due coppie. Bellissimo e curatissimo il giardino con il patio esterno in cui si può pranzare e cenare con vista sul mare. Abbiamo trovato la casa in condizioni ottime, pulitissima e completa di qualsiasi cosa fosse necessaria comprese lenzuola e asciugamani. Se proprio si deve trovare il pelo nell'uovo sarebbe stato comodo avere un barbecue e qualche sdraio in giardino, ma si sopravvive anche senza. La posizione della casa è molto comoda, a fianco a due market che sono stati utilissimi e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cannigione. Le spiagge più carine negli immediati dintorni sono Tanca Manna e Mannena, ma in 15 minuti si arriva a Baja Sardinia e in meno di mezz'ora si raggiungono tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda. Nel complesso quindi una sistemazione stupenda.
