The apartment, surrounded by a large garden and featuring a swimming pool shared with the main unit of the villa, welcomes guests on a, a large space featuring a sofa, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed, one triple with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and one with two twin beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer and has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, the location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels, and exclusive clubs.
The whole village is surrounded by beautiful villas and beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. Indeed, it is a great location to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Nearby, do not miss Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, and Principe Beach.
