"Was in town for hockey games. Price was unmatched compared to other hotels in town. Reviews made me a little nervous but the hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and I felt safe. The place had a little bit of a smell, but it is an older building. Shower worked, heat/air worked, tv worked. Will stay again if the need arises."

"We were visiting Grand Forks during winter for a UND hockey game from Texas, so the first night was one of adjustment As we walked in the lobby area was welcoming, showing a little age but WARM. Check in was quick because of pre check in which was nice. Upon entering our poolside room, we were hit with a heat wave and were unable to locate a thermostat. "The front desk staff was very friendly, even made cookies for the guests one morning. Only negative things i have to say are 1) the fan in our bathroom was broken and 2) they didn't give new towels."

"Nice motel at a great price. It's an older motel so you get what you get. But bed was comfortable, room temp was easily adjustable, decent breakfast. I appreciate fridge and microwave in the room. Everything in working order. I'd definitely stay again. "

"We were so impressed with this sweet, cozy little house. It had everything you could possibly want and more! Due to the nature of our visit to the area we didn’t spend much time at the house unfortunately, but we were so happy with our stay. It truly felt as if we were being welcomed by someone who was happy to have us staying at their home. I’m hoping to be able to book this same location the next time we come to Grand Forks. The host and property exceeded our expectations "

"This apartment was wonderful. Nice and cozy. Felt just like home. Way better than a hotel. Appreciated the full kitchen. Full size fridge and the oven was great as we were able to cook our son a birthday cake and also cooked 2 meals while we were there. One suggestion would be to get some hot pads for cooking when using oven. Also maybe some dish towels for drying dishes. Also maybe a strainer for cooking nd a crock pot.
