"as advertised complete and perfect for our needs,good kitchen + BBQ for outside , plenty of seats etc + table for outside eating, shaded terrace, bathroom etc very good , plenty of hot water ,bed very good also blackout curtains, plenty of safe parking , very good easy access to main road,plenty of places to visit ,very nice fruit farm with a few small friendly animals and owners , Thank you all"

"La location est spacieuse, super propre et très bien équipée. La propriétaire, très discrète, est cependant présente en cas de besoin. Le petit jardinet est clos et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Nous avons passé 15 jours au calme. Une location très bien située pour pouvoir profiter de la mer, de belles balades dans les marais salants et aussi visiter Fouras, La Rochelle, Rochefort..."

"The property is delightfully situated, in the grounds of the owners house. They were very pleasant and helpful. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean, it is well equipped. So much to see in the area. The Owners Direct site needs to be amended on page 5 where it states Air conditioning which it does not have, also towels provided, this would be at extra cost. Also on page 5 ocean front which is not so. This did not detract from our visit Eric & Monique were very pleasant about what may be...

"Not a lot to add to the full suite of 5 star ratings. Nicholas was extremely helpful throughout , he provided a comprehensive guide of local attractions of which there are many and quickly resolved one minor snag arising of no particular consequence. All in all very , very good"

"Sehr gut. Das Haus lag in einem Ortsteil von Saujon, nur 20 km vom Atlantik entfernt. Wir bevorzugten als Strand die Côte Sauvage , aber auch die Strände entlang der Küste um Royan waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vorteil , nicht direkt an der Küste zu wohnen: französische Lebensart abseits der Touristenmeilen zu erleben . Märkte , Cafés , Boulangerien, Feste , kleine Restaurants und Bistros , Kirchen und Abteien . Und natürlich speziell in der Region : Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte absolut...

"The gite was clean, modern and welcoming with all the equipment you need for a relaxed holiday. The courtyard was a sun trap, totally private and perfect for evening drinks after a wonderful day exploring the island. The local beach was a 10 minutes walk way and was wonderful to have an early morning and evening stroll by the sea.
