"This is my second time booking for an event & I recommend it 100%! We love that we can enjoy our weekend stay here as well when having an event right in the back yard! Jodie is a great host & is always attentive if we need something! Such a cozy spot. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. It is so unique and perfect for a group of six. We enjoyed seeing all the chickens and farm animals and had lovely chats with the farm caretaker. It was a great visit. The house was very clean and had everything you could need, it is a delight for any cook to be in this kitchen. The owner was very responsive to questions. We will definitely try and rent this again. It was a truly unique experience. "

"We enjoyed this property so much! Location and atmosphere were ideal. Our kids had so much fun seeing the horses from the deck and playing with the abundant amount of snow that had just come a couple days before our arrival. We loved the property and the time we got to spend hanging out on the property! Will book again in the future. "

"We needed a place to be able to cook a Christmas dinner for our family. Perfect location close to our son’s apartment and an easy walk into downtown Arvada and the Olde Town station. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms comfortable and a relaxing lounge. Would definitely look at rebooking should we meet up in Arvada again. "

"Multiple options for food or snacks and a bar that had great service. The restaurant was delicious. I had an issue with another guest talking to my children out of line and the staff came to my room to talk to me and helped me to feel safe until the next morning when we departed. "
