"L’hôtel est superbe, luxueux, la végétation luxuriante. Très belle chambre avec lit Confortable SAUF le lit supplémentaire était horrible, avec tous les ressorts qu’on pouvait sentir avec juste la main, extra bed facturé 50 dollars. La réception nous a fait payer ce lit malgré notre réclamation… une HONTE d’avoir un matelas aussi horrible dans un établissement 5 étoiles, et dans lesquel la nuit coûte très cher "

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was good as we are there for breakfast (amazing buffet), lunch and dinner. The fitness centre was clean and had good equipment. Hotel is a little older with lots of charm and big rooms, an update to bathrooms would be the one suggestion to consider for improving as showers were small and water pressure low. Would highly recommend staying here "

"Amazing property, great customer service, awesome calming river behind our back door, delicious food (sooo good), and a pool with monkey's swinging around in the trees above. I liked that they don't have tv, I was able to rejuvenate and get work done in a serene environment. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel, awesome service, smiles all around. Only drawback was sparsity of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Be patient at the restaurant, food is great, service is awesome, but it takes a bit of time to get your food. Pôlé Pôlé. "

"The staff, the Interior Decor, absolutely worth the VIP Rating. Staying with then the Second Time since they opened and one other thing they have an absolutely amazing Roof Top Restaurant that has the best view of Mount Meru. On Holidays/New Year they have one of the most iconic Fireworks during New Year. They have really raised the Bar. 10/10"

"great services like I got during my stay. The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. Even the manger came to talk with you and welcome you. I have traveled all over and never enjoyed stay in lodge like I did this time. It considered 3...

"I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. "

"Not as close to the airport as I thought. Taxi from airport to lodge takes about 20 mins along a dusty unpaved road. But hotel itself is very nice and you can see Kilimanjaro on a clear day. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of international tourists stay here "

"My time at Zawadi House Lodge was perfect. It is a very quiet establishment that proved to be a perfect place to recover from my long flights from Melbourne, Australia. The lodge is nestled in a suburb of Arusha and it is a little piece of paradise. The lush garden keeps the place nice and cool and the furnishings are very comfortable. "Kibo Palace Apartments is exceptionally good value if you stay for at least a full week. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed. In a very busy shopping area downtown, close to the market, Khan's barbecue and Five Chutneys vegetarian Indian restaurant, so an excellent though very different experience overall. Cleaning by request, so not intrusive. Basic toiletries and towel."
