"My friend and I stayed here for two days and we were beyond disappointed. The hotel is very overpriced and the services and food provided are subpar. Food and drinks are priced quite high for the region and the quality was very unimpressive. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and there is no AC in the room! "No hot water for showering. I can understand if staying at a $5-$10 hostel but not for what this place charges. The staff offered to bring a bucket of hot water for cleaning up. Bed consisted of box spring, but no mattress. Not a comfortable nights sleep."

The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro.
