Cleanliness and attention to detail.
The building is new and the location was excellent for the town and our communication before we arrived was good. The decor was nice and cosy. However the cleanliness was very disappointing and dust was everywhere. Bedside tables were dirty, bathroom surfaces were heavily caked in dust, kitchen surfaces and the dining table were not cleaned - plates in the cupboard had to be re washed, as did cutlery. Finally we had to clean the shower head to get it to work efficiently. So for the price it was very disappointing and it appeared that the property had not been inspected or quality checked before we arrived. Sorry.
