"Villa Rossana is a spacious, beautifully decorated house, with a brand-new, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The MBR is large, with a beautiful master bath. All the beds were comfortable. Multiple ductless mini split AC systems provide quiet, efficient cooling throughout the house. There is a car port for parking your car in the shade and a motorized gate (operation is a bit flimsy, maybe the remote needs a new battery). The backyard of Villa Rosana is right at the ocean, has palm trees and other beautiful plants and iguanas! There is a full size, shaded outdoor kitchen (gas grill, sink, beverage fridge) with a bar-it's perfect! Our favorite place was the dock gazebo! From comfy, lounge chairs, you can enjoy the breeze and watch pelicans fish at the outer reef. From the lower deck of the dock, you can dive right into the clear, calm water. If you snorkel, you can find quite a variety of marine life right underneath the dock!  There are three kayaks with paddles for exploring the bay and visiting Seaglass Island. Two minutes on foot takes you to two restaurants that offer fundamentally different seafood experiences, we found both to be special. Wintergarden groceries is local, US-style groceries are at Super Food Plaza. If you want a truly authentic, fresh fish market experience, check out Centro Di Pesca Spaans Lagoen (early AM or 6PM). In summary, we loved Villa Rossana and couldn't imagine a better place to experience Aruba-highly recommended! "

"What a hidden gem! All the comforts of home/hotel without the enormous price. We will definately visit again. Breakfast on the water, prepared by a personal chef... white sand beach with crystal blue swimming area. Rooms are nice and remodeled. Floating massage 'deck', kayaks, snorkling gear, and more. We paid the chef to take us for a tour of the island, which he did so graciously. Didn't miss a thing, had personal treatment (and a/c) all at a reasonable price. I believe there are power boats available - they will take you for a ride. "

"This was the perfect location to stay for our vacation. Close proximity to everything but not in the heart of the touristy area. So tranquil and the home is as described and pictured. Edward and Ton were amazing! "

"This is referred to as "Penny's Place" among many people who do reviews. I moved to this place because the original VRBO that I booked smelled and had mold in it; I was afraid that my sister or I would get sick. Penny's Place was spotless. There is also an outside pool which is private and perfect. Dongo the neighbor's dog came over to greet us. It's a very nice neighborhood. The only reason that I gave it a 4 star for location was that it wasn't on the beach, but it is close to baby beach, and the private pool makes up for it. Penny has a guest book that people sign giving recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I would love to return to "Penny's Place" in the future. Patty P "

"My family of 4 (including 2 teenager kids) stayed at Arnold's vacation home for a week. Everyone (including my teenagers!) was very satisfied & had a great time! We have stayed at many VRBO properties & this was by far one of the best experiences. I would highly recommend this to any family looking for a quiet, clean and spacious house in Aruba. Arnold was a terrific host. I cannot ask anything more than what he had already offered to us. Very generous & professional. Always available to answer any questions or request. There was a street construction going on near this property during the week we were there. Arnold proactively offered to give us a free upgrade to stay at his other property in Noord, Aruba (although he really didn't have to). We took his offer & stayed in Noord, which turned out to be very convenient and just as nice. The house was fully stocked, definitely above & beyond the other VRBO properties we've stayed in the past. I'm sure either of Arnold's properties will be a great choice in Aruba! "
