"The staff was great, aside for the less than friendly towel staff. The food for the most part was good.My family liked the salad bar and the chorizo. Hallways were very loud at night and the doors slamming woke us multiple times.The staff on the beach helping with the chairs were also fantastic. The biggest negatives: not enough chairs at the pool and the front desk staff at times were clueless and not very friendly. We love the island and will be coming back! "It was paradise! The beach was amazing and everything was in walking distance so got to take in all that Aruba had to offer! The restaurants on the all-inclusive were wonderful and the staff extremely friendly! Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"The hotel has subcontracted out their food and beverage service. You are directed to their 3rd floor resturant. It overlooks an infinity pool with a lovely view. The food is something similar to prison food at top notch prices. Compared to a Motel 6 breakfast, the Motel 6 is fine dining. "The property was wonderful! I went as a solo traveler, and felt extremely safe at all times. You can walk to the town in palm beach in just 10 minutes. The beach always had lounge chairs available, and a lot of shade available with the beach huts. Upon booking I was emailed that I had $590 in credits at hotel, but upon checking in, was only given a few “vouchers” worth $10 or $15. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"Resort itself is very good. Pool was excellent. It is beautiful. Just make sure which resort you are booking , since there are four of them. We thought we were booking Divi All inclusive but it was Divi golf and village resort. We didn't know that there are four different Divi resorts. "

"Some bar staff were very slow. Gratuity is on all checks but they don’t tell you. The outside grounds aren’t very welcoming as the sewage smell is a bit much. Rooms stayed nice and clean and good food in restaurant. "

wonderful stay in this hotel

"This hotel is exactly the type that I like, not too big but so beautiful, the flowers, plants and decorations in the front and back yards are really attractive. In addition, the hotel provides beach chairs, beach towels and beach bags. The location is also good, only a few minutes' drive to town center, and about 10 or more min to the beach, depending which beach you would like to go. "

"This is a hidden gem, IF you’re a frequent international traveler and prefer to stay in an airb&b style place and not the Hilton. My room (Room 1) was beautiful and exactly like the photos. Very clean, great bed and shower, beautifully decorated. The property is NOT a resort in the classic sense. Some of the photos are from a previous hotel of the same name in a different location. There isn’t a restaurant or lobby or bar, there is a clean and lovely pool but it’s not the one in the photos. But if you’re a city person and there to go on excursions and check out the beaches and still have a wonderful suite to go back to, this place is ideal. Price is unbelievable for the space. It’s only a 10 min walk to downtown where you can grab a cab to the beaches, or go to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely stay again "

Prime location

"Great location; however, finding the property is a bit challenging. The host provides great info on how to get there but if you’re not looking very carefully you may past it. The person in the souvenir shop downstairs didn’t even know of the apartment. Very quiet and accessible to go in and out. Close to everything downtown including the bus stop, market place and the renaissance resort. The beds are attached to the bed head so they keep slipping away each time you toss or turn. It had all the things needed for an apartment and for your stay. "
