"This place is great. Central in old town, close to metro, tram, the cathedral, the Ribeira market, and in a very lively area with restaurants and bars (pinxtos!). I accidentally loaded the Bilbao transit card with too much credit, so I used the tram to go where I would normally walk to (eg the Guggenheim) and I'm thankful the Arriaga tram stop was a 2minute walk from this place. The bldg felt secure, code needed to enter the bldg, the elevator, and the room. The property was very new and clean....

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"We stayed in this beautiful house with three families. The swimming pool was amazing. The house was of high quality and was very clean. "This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"
