"The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant"

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"

"The room was great! Stuff very friendly! There was a renovation construction but it didn’t affect me. Walkable streets, close to the shopping Ibirapuera, and many others places. I recommend it to everyone. "

"I love this hotel my favourite place to stay in São Paulo . The staff are extremely helpful , and friendly . It has a boutique hotel vibe. "It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."
