"We had a lovely stay here at villa frene, was in a lovely location just a little too far out for the children to walk all the time so we hired a car while we stayed. Pool was lovely, although not heated was perfect to cool off in during the day. The villa itself was beautiful and surrounded by nature at its best. Anna was a fantastic host and answered any questions we had and helped us with anything we needed while we stayed there. She met us at the villa and greeted us and showed us round."

"The apartment is set within a secure and sprawling golfing estate. It is fully equipped - fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, tv & audio. You do need a car to get around and off the complex. The staff are very good, there are dining and shopping facilities on site. We travelled round to some of the surrounding villages for breakfast and dinner"

"The Villa is in a prime location within easy access to the beach and restaurants. The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond when we reached out to them which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit to this Villa."

"We had a lovely holiday at Villa Pheakon. The villa is clean, light, modern and well equipped. We arrived late to find a very useful welcome pack which Pam, the local manager for the villa, provided. She popped in the first morning to welcome us and was always available to contact should there be a need. There is very efficient air conditioning (on timers) with the added bonus of ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well. The private pool was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed lovely morning...

"We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Elena. So comfortable and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would have breakfast on the front terrace and sit on the balcony each evening to watch the sunset. The Villa is very private and in a quiet neighbourhood and the view across the valley by the pool is lovely. The restaurants in the nearby village of Kouklia are excellent. I can’t wait to return in the future."

"Villa is very spacious and so is garden and swimming pool. From day 1 communication with Katerina was absolutely perfect. Replied always straight away and answered to all my questions. She is brilliant host. We have arrived very late at night and Katerina left for us food and water. Life saver as we could not buy anything in the shop that day due to late flight arrival. We've had lovely time on our holiday. You can find everything you need in villa including lots of things for children....

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexia in Cyprus. Before I’d even booked the owner responded to my questions quickly and was really helpful. The Villa looks like it does in the advertised pictures so there was no disappointment there and it was lovely and clean. We are a family of five (2 adults and a 13,12 and 8 year old) and the Villa had everything we needed - the beautiful pool provided us with hours of entertainment. "This place up in the hills is quiet and hidden away, yet only about 8 minutes to town by car. It has a pretty little patio and dipping pool. A lovely place for breakfast too. Only a 20 minute drive from Paphos harbour, by a variety of routes, it was also convenient to access the surrounding areas including Coral Bay, Peyia, Agios Georgios, Latchi, Polis and beyond. "As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. The owner Tania couldn’t do enough for us and easy to contact. The villa is one of the best equipped villa we have stayed at including all the essentials when you arrive. Dont even need to take beach towels. Whilst remote just 20 mins away you are in paphos and beaches. Suited us the quiet life and yet you could get to plenty of activities close by! Loved it!"

There is just one negative comment and that is that I feel there should be a full length mirror in each bedroom . You Definitely need to hire a car as nothing is within walking distance. "I went to the villa/house for just under five weeks. I had some time on my own, some with a friend and some with my husband. We all loved the house. The pool was kept spotlessly clean, it was 28-30 deg all the way through apart from the first day or two which was 26/27 and still warm enough to swim. "The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with incredible views over Paphos and the sea. There was always a nice breeze because of its site above Paphos which was great in the heat. Lovely pool area and the villa has everything you need for your stay. Loved walking to Hunters Tavern for a warm welcome and a drink. I’d recommend a car to get about but you can get a taxi easily or a bus if you walk five minutes. We had a great stay and would recommend it."
