"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions....

"This is definitely a no-frills overnight stay, but the staff was very pleasant, has nice little bar, has great cappuccino and a good breakfast, and a little market across the street. It's very quiet, but the church bells do start at 7 AM. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!"

When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. We asked if there was anyway to switch us to a different room because we were only staying one night and they said...
