"Before I booked I read all the reviews and there were those who hated the place and those who obviously loved it so I decided to give it a go. We have a house on the coast so at worst we could have driven back home. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The Fonda is situated right in the centre of a pleasant village and the reception was manned. "Alittle hard to find-only confidence lacking! even the car had to breath in to get through the winding 'streets' Needs more signing to be easier . No-one in on our arrival but notes left and room with spectacular views ready and waiting. All new clean and neat. "Apartment was by noisy front door of Apartment block. Door closing damper needs replacement to prevent repeated slamming. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "
