excellent accommodation in the centre of a charming village
Lovely warm welcome from Mme Héraudeau. Beautifully clean and well equipped house. Excellent location close to everything in the village. Parking could be a little tricky but after a couple of days we could navigate our way around and car parks are mainly free. Beautiful island with lots to entertain you.

Une petite maison dans un très joli village
Rien de négatif à dire sur la maison en elle-même. A proximité du centre d’Ars, du port, du marché et de la plage (tout cela à pieds). Juste deux choses à savoir : - Impossible de garer la voiture près de la maison (parking dans un champ à 5 mn à pieds). Pas très pratique pour décharger les bagages et le gros des courses de début de séjour. - La plage accessible à pieds n’est pas top. Mieux vaut prévoir des vélos.

Emplacement de centre ville ideal
Location en parfait état et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Aménagement pratique pour l'entretien. Maison claire ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des maisons d'Ars et la courette de la maison est idéale et plutôt rare sur les maisons de ville.

Maison confortable et bien équipée, située au calme, à moins de 2 minutes à pied de la boulangerie et à 5 minutes à pied du marché d’Ars en Ré. On peut abriter ses vélos devant l’entrée. Supermarché à 5 minutes en vélo.

Belle petite maison typique au cœur d Ars où nous nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille.
Maison très bien pensée, très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu il faut à l intérieur ! Petite cour agréable. Vraiment typique au creux de cette petite venelle en plein coeur d Ars avec tous ces petits commerces et restaurants. L île de ré comme on l aime avec les marais salants et la piste cyclable pour tous.

Maison située dans une venelle au calme. Très bien équipée. Commerces et marché accessibles à pied ou à vélo. Situation centrale qui permet de rayonner à vélo sur une grande partie de l'île. A réserver sans hésiter!
