"Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is located few blocks from central commercial for eating. Cons: Air conditioner was very weak. Lighting in room extremely poor. Breakfast was very limited. But the worst was the loud noise from the nearby nightclubs all night long. "

"La propiedad es fantastica, el desayuno incluido muy bueno pero pareciera que todo lo tenia hecho y todo estaba frio cuando lo sirvieron, queriamos extra cafe y tuvieron que ir a pedir permiso al manager si podian hacer otra jarra. Si estan un poco pendientes de los detalles en servicio seria fantastico. Tambien almorzamos y tuvimos que esperar mas de 45 para que llegara la cuenta. La entrada necesita ser pavimentada o los huecos tapados. "

"He tratado de comunicarme con ustedes. Tengo una queja grandísima, el hotel me cancelo la reserva siendo que hable con ellos para que me dieran un día más de hospedaje. Me comunicaron que lastimosamente estaban sin cupo aún habiendo conversado toda la tarde con ellos y diciéndome que no había ningún inconveniente que mi reserva estaba hecha, y se había cancelado el valor de una noche previamente. Aún no me dan razón sobre la devolución del dinero."

"Unfortunately I had a terrible stay here. Check in was a nightmare despite me having booked the room online. You have to buzz into the hotel, and no one told me and it wasn't clear - just a locked door in front of you. They tried to say I didn't pay and finally I had to show them my booking to convince them otherwise. It didn't get any better as my room was dirty with hair and dirt all over the bathroom. The girl then went around some empty rooms to try find a clean one, finally on the 5th one...

"As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . .
