Skiers, hikers can head north and shoppers, sight seekers, adventure seekers and historians can head south.

In 1999 the new buyer added a double sink bathroom with tub shower combo, a foyer / laundry facility, walk in closet and exterior furnace room, increasing the size by 250 feet. The garage was "Rick's" builder supply room. His office was located where the now existing 4th bedroom and newly added bathroom are. This 2nd master bedroom faces south with direct access to the back yard deck, hot tub and stream. This bedroom is still called "Rick's" office by the owner, caretaker and maintenance people who still care for and maintain the property.
