The property is outstanding. The design, the colors, the vibe, the coffee, the bed, pillows, crown molding, spacious, and quiet. You will not be disappointed. Don't let the front elevation fool you. This is a fine property and the town is darling. Front desk couldn't be more helpful.

Great little hotel in downtown Arroyo Grande. Wonderful restaurant options within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Happy hour in the late afternoon is an added bonus. Definitely has the feel of a boutique hotel!

Great stay!
We enjoyed the location very much. Right in the middle of the quaint town, Arroyo Grande. So shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The location and hotel were very quiet, which we loved. One glitch was the front desk assigned us one room and gave us keys but in the computer system they marked us under a different room number. So later in the day we were locked out of our room for about 40 minutes. But they were able to resolve the issue and we will definitely return for a future visit!
