The Space
This two-story home features so many amenities! Enter through the garage to the main level, where you'll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with dual vanities. Across the hall, another bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. The pristine kitchen is outfitted with quality appliances and is well-stocked, making it easy for guests to prepare any meal they like. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room lead out to the front yard that has a small patio we love to use to enjoy our morning coffee!
Upstairs, the loft includes an overstuffed sectional couch, comfy enough to sleep on, and two small rooms—each with twin beds! These rooms are designed with kids in mind. it is such a fun space. A nook with toys(for kids of all ages!), books, and even a secret door connects these two rooms. The loft is also equipped with a Smart TV, an old-school Nintendo with pre-loaded games, and a foosball/mini pool table. The loft opens up to the rooftop deck, which features comfortable seating around a propane fire pit, a picnic table that seats the whole family, and a big Jenga game!
Additional amenities include AC, Central Heating, an easy-to-use indoor fireplace, portable fans for added comfort, a Propane BBQ, an extra fridge, and a complimentary washer and dryer.
Walk to a nearby playground or take a stroll around town to soak in the salty air. Enjoy the rooftop deck with a fire pit and games, while the kids play with toys, foosball, or Nintendo just inside. There’s something for everyone! Bring your board and wetsuit—Surf's Up!
Neighborhood
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Arroyo Grande, you'll be out of the hustle and bustle during busy weekends, but just a few minutes' drive will take you in to the action. The homes in this neighborhood are all victorian style and look like beach dollhouses! It's a great neighborhood near a few playgrounds, walking distance to the nearest hospital (hint hint travel nurses!), wedding venues, and a mile to downtown Arroyo Grande: "The Village".
Getting Around
We suggest you use your own vehicle, but it is walking distance to a few parks and the village, Arroyo Grande's famous downtown. Guests will love the easy garage and free street parking. Drive to local wine rooms or to the myriad of local wineries along HWY 101, HWY 46, Edna Valley, and Paso Robles. Easy access just blocks away to HWY 1 and HWY 101. The nearest small airport is San Luis Obispo, mid-size is in Santa Maria, and nearest international airport is LAX. The nearest train station is the Amtrak in Grover Beach.

House Rules
1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 24/48 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkout fees may apply.
2. Honesty is the best Policy
Add all guests, no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 6 guests apply automatically with reservation request.
3. No Parties or Smoking
Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
4. Be respectful
When using outdoor areas, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If you use the surfboard or sand toys, please rinse them off before putting them back in the garage. Thank you!
*Extended stays require periodic mid-stay cleanings. The frequency, whether every two weeks or every three, depends on the duration of your booking. Please be ready to inform us of your preferred day of the week for scheduling these cleanings.
*Rooftop Umbrellas- Must be closed when not in use. We have windy weather in beach towns so if they are left open they will be damaged by the wind. If left open and damaged, by booking guests agree to pay for the replacement.
*Please let us know if the propane is running low upon departure so we can refill it for the next guests. There should be 4 propane tanks on the property at all times.
