"We loved this place! It was lovely. The hotel was run by a family that was very sweet, helpful, and kind. They made our stay perfect. Breakfast was good and the rooms really nice. It was easy to walk to skiing, shopping, and restaurants from this place."

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. "Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super."

"Fabulous centrally-located hotel that served us well as a family during a rail trip across mainland Europe. Great breakfast buffet too. Only snag was that we were given a wrong room on check in but this was immediately resolved. "
