"We stayed here for a week for my bday. The staff were great from the moment we checked in until the day we left. They helped to make my bday very special. The hotel is right across the street from the train station. You can take 2 trains from the airport to get to the hotel. Great restaurants a shot Uber/Bolt ride from the hotel. The Guest service staff were great in helping us get tickets for the bus to visit Tomar, and also Fatima. They also helped us book our tickets Quinta de Regalria?? I would not hesitate to ask them for help with anything from booking tickets to making a dinner reservation for you. They are great. There is also a LIDL grocery store in the train station across the street that is super handy. I would definitely suggest staying in this hotel. Rooms were super clean, with nightly turn down service (including a chocolate). Bathroom amenities included hair conditioner, not just shampoo. "

"Amazing staff - front desk and bellmen, bar/restaurant, housekeeping!! Fantastic location! Delicious food and wine. Fabulous holiday with my daughter just before she heads to uni! I lost my money pouch and credit cards the first night and Monica at front desk was very helpful to get cards cancelled in stressful situation. She also called a few days later just after we left the hotel to let us know the pouch with cards and cash was found in the hotel."

"This is our second stay at this hotel. We first stayed for 4 nights in January 2025. We visited the sites of Lisbon. It was a good location to all activities and the airport. It provides breakfast incl. And you can have dinner here as well. We are heading home today and stayed March 9th . We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this location."
