"This is a recent turn over hotel and I feel they are still upgrading from the previous owners. The property is very clean and generally serviceable, but a lot of little things fall short. We had two rooms. One had a modern plastic rfid key, and the other an old fashion metal key. In my room they provided instant coffee packets, but no water heater/kettle. They had two coffee cups but no glasses. Two bath towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths. I felt it was kind of a 3.5 star hotel, but they...

"We got the double pool room and so glad we did! We loved having a private pool entrance and being on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. The resort itself is about 10 minutes drive from the main part of town but it was easy to grab a tuk tuk from the front gate any time we wanted to go in to town. Having the resort out of the town gave way for a super peaceful and quiet getaway and the whole place is so beautiful. Staff is polite and helpful and we will definitely be back! "

"Best hotel in Puerto Princessa. Robinsons shopping mall ( locals mall) was literally steps away and a nice clean giant mall !! Breakfast was yummmy and staff was amazing . Pool And bar are also very clean and well run . "
