Muito bom!
A estadia foi muito boa! O hotel tinha ambiente familiar, era organizado e os atendentes eram ótimos!! Super simpáticos e solícitos. Há uma van que leva os hospedes às praias, pois o hotel fica no topo de um morro e a descida a pé desanima. Esse serviço de van é um diferencial a pousada e é bem eficiente. Sempre que precisamos eles estavam dispostos a nos levar e buscar com rapidez e cordialidade. Os quartos eram confortáveis, a única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o café da manhã que nao tinha muitas opções e os sucos nao eram tão saborosos.

Pousada horrível!
Tive grandes problemas c/ a pousada!Ao chegar c/ a confirmação da reserva enviada pelo hoteis.com, foi solicitado q eu aguardasse a resolução d um problema p/ q eu fosse atendida (um casal q estava hospedado foi informado q teria q deixar a pousada pois estava chegando outra reserva e estavam indignados). Resolvido o problema c/ o casal me informaram que ñ trabalhavam mais c/ a hoteis.com e tinham solicitado o cancelamento da minha reserva (efetuada em 16/11 p/ hospedagem no dia 06/01). Me indicaram uma pousada do outro lado da rua q custava 25% a menos do q eu tinha pago, falaram q c/ o valor recebido pela hoteis.com iam pagar a outra pousada e me reembolsar o valor excedente. Concordei, abriria mão das opções oferecidas pela pousada (café da manhã farto, piscina, vista panorâmica p/ o mar, traslado até as praias, etc) mas seria reembolsada. Após pernoite na pousada vizinha fui até a Pousada Tayluz p/ reaver meu dinheiro e eles falaram q ñ tinha como me pagar, pois ñ sabiam se iam receber da hoteis.com, e se recebessem teriam um desconto de 20% (comissão do site). Enfim, saí de lá s/ o dinheiro, passei a noite numa pousada inferior, perdi um passeio q tinha agendado e pago pela dificuldade c/ o traslado, a vista panorâmica p/ o mar q paguei ñ tive na outra pousada, nem o café da manhã. Ñ recomendo a pousada, só sabem enrolar os clientes, vc perde um tempão escutando as enrolações dos proprietários q ñ resolvem seu problema, e pelo que vi isso ñ aconteceu só comigo!
