"The property itself is nice however no direct access to the beach like other nearby hotels. It is the closest hotel to the ferry and to a couple of the dining options by the ferry. When we arrived (at 3:00 PM), they did not have a clean room for us and we had to wait around for an hour before receiving a room. In addition, the next day, our room was not cleaned at all until asking mulitple times at the front desk for someone to provide new sheets and towels for us. The hot water is really nice...

"La playa es horrible. Totalmente desaprovechado el espacio de piscina, ya que la vista al mar la tapa una cerca de alambre, varios arboles, y un juego para niños en malas condiciones. Las habitaciones de regulares para abajo. La presión del agua de la ducha era un hilo de agua, y lo peor de todo, el bar de al lado tenía la música a todo volumen desde las -0 am hasta las 8 pm… lo único rescatable es su cercanía al centro, a pesar de la gran subida"
