"There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞"

"I was not given the apartment shown here that I had booked and paid for but a very dark one on the ground floor. The owner speaks little English and I speak very little Spanish. Discussion about the Switch went nowhere."
