"Hired the chateau with 30 friends who have not seen each other in a long time. This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at; I honestly never thought I'd stay somewhere as grand. The communication was great and the photos don't do it justice. All the rooms are ensuite and there's a lot of social space for everyone. The hardest bit was getting everyone together in one place! Thank you for a lovely stay :)"

"Conveniently situated for our journey and also for refuelling and a supermarket. Clean, comfortable room and a good shower enabled a peaceful night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink. The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too. We have used this hotel many times and it has never disappointed."

"I don't want to say how lovely it was at this gite as I want to be able to book again when we're next in the area! Very friendly owners, around to help if needed otherwise they leave you alone. Huge flat gardens with lovely flowers/trees and shrubs. Plenty of garden furniture and places to sit and eat out, sunbathe or chill in the shade. "Yet again, Hotels.com failed to mention a potential charge for the dog. This is about the sixth or seventh time that this has happened. Also, in this particular hotel, dogs were not allowed into the bar area or even the reception area. This would have proved impossible if I had been travelling alone!! Hotels.com - Please be more specific in future and if you don't know the rules - find out before posting the hotel on your site"

"Very nice hotel but there was no elevator as advertised. I would not have booked it had I known. The towel heater/dryer in the bathroom did not work. Although we did not require it, the advertised free parking was not free."
